A Future-Focused Catholic Co-Educational Secondary Pathway for Mater Dei Students

Brisbane Catholic Education is preparing to open a new co-educational Catholic Secondary College in Brisbane's inner-north (in Windsor), anticipated to welcome its first students in 2029. This future-focused college has been designed in response to strong demand for high-quality, faith-based secondary education and will cater for approximately 910 students. As part of BCE's vision for thriving, sustainable learning communities, the new school will blend innovation, wellbeing and sustainability-guided by the principles of Laudato Si'-with purposefully designed learning hubs, generous outdoor spaces and modern specialist facilities.

Mater Dei Catholic Primary School is proud to be part of this exciting development, with priority enrolment access for our families. As a member of the Northwest Catholic Collective (NCC), Mater Dei already engages in strong partnerships that enhance student learning, identity and transition across Prep-12 pathways. The introduction of a new College in Windsor in 2029, provides our community with another valued and contemporary option for secondary schooling-offering seamless continuity, Catholic ethos, affordability, and a future-ready education for students in Brisbane's northwest.
