Tricia is an Endorsed Educational and Developmental Psychologist and has more than 25 years of experience working with school children.

- What happens in the brain when a child is anxious
- Signs and symptoms of anxiety and how it can present in different ways
- Common mistakes and what not to do
- Practical strategies that can help your child manage and reduce anxiety
